This 5-room villa covers an area of 163 square meters and is spread across two levels. The spacious and modern furnishings create a comfortable living environment. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), satellite TV, and air conditioning. The living/dining room provides direct access to the swimming pool area. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level. Moving upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The remaining two bedrooms each feature a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), satellite TV, and air conditioning. These bedrooms have access to a terrace. There is also a shared shower/WC on the upper floor.

Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
