Soak up the sun by the heated, angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm), available seasonally from April 1st to November 1st, complete with an internal staircase for easy access. Refresh under the outdoor shower or unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Fire up the barbecue and dine al fresco in the peaceful garden setting.

The living/dining area is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, with access to a terrace and swimming pool. One room has a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The open kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate WC on the main level.

On the lower ground floor, you'll find another separate WC. The upper floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, houses two additional rooms. One room has a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, double hand-basin, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to a terrace. The other room also features a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to a terrace. The villa has floor heating throughout.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
