The nearby Kinderland Heimberg offers ideal conditions for your children to learn skiing in a playful way at the Parpan Ski School. Furthermore, a beautiful and cozy toboggan run in the vicinity provides fun for both young and old. In summer, this location becomes a paradise for outdoor activities. Numerous cycling tours and hiking trails start right at your doorstep. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the idyllic Heidsee by bike (only 4 minutes by car), where you can enjoy stand-up paddling, swimming, surfing, sailing, pedal boats, rowing boats and kayaking.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
