The living and dining room is a welcoming space featuring a flat screen TV and a 95-litre boiler, with direct access to both a small balcony and a large terrace, the latter furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation. The 1st bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own private shower, bidet, and WC. The 2nd bedroom features 1 pull-out bed composed of 2 sections of 80 cm each, with a length of 190 cm. The 3rd bedroom is fitted with 1 set of 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 170 cm in length. A second bathroom with shower and WC serves the remaining bedrooms. The kitchen is a small, open-plan space fully equipped for everyday use.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
