The open kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is an additional shower/WC. Please note that there is no heating option available. The property features a large terrace measuring 72 m2 with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a view of the swimming pool.
