The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living space and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with its own dining table and a second exit to the terrace. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 cm with access to the garden, and a second bedroom also offers a double bed measuring 160 cm. A third bedroom on this level is fitted with 2 single beds. The bathroom facilities on this floor include a bath with WC, a separate shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.

The upper floor hosts 1 additional bedroom furnished with 2 single beds. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
