The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living space and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with its own dining table and a second exit to the terrace. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 cm with access to the garden, and a second bedroom also offers a double bed measuring 160 cm.
