The ground floor welcomes you with an entrance hall that leads into a spacious and bright living and dining room, elegantly furnished and featuring a flat screen television and a dining table. The living area opens directly onto a roofed veranda of 30 m2, which is also accessible from the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a full range of appliances and includes a central cooking island. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that add a distinctive character to the space. The first bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom offers 1 single bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A full bathroom and a separate WC are also located on this floor. On the second upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a third bedroom with sloping ceilings houses 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
