The first bedroom on this level contains 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom also features 1 double bed with 2 mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, as well as direct access to a terrace. A separate shower room with WC serves the remaining areas of this floor. On the upper floor, an open-plan third bedroom accommodates 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offers its own private exit to a terrace. All 3 bedrooms and the living area are equipped with individual air conditioning units and forced-air heating systems. Each of the 3 terraces is furnished with terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a sitting area, offering marvellous views of both the sea and the surrounding countryside.
