On the main level, the welcoming living and dining room provides an elegant and luminous space for relaxation and entertaining, complete with access to one of the 3 terraces. The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living area and is designed for convenient everyday use. The first bedroom on this level contains 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom also features 1 double bed with 2 mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, as well as direct access to a terrace. A separate shower room with WC serves the remaining areas of this floor. On the upper floor, an open-plan third bedroom accommodates 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offers its own private exit to a terrace. All 3 bedrooms and the living area are equipped with individual air conditioning units and forced-air heating systems.
