This floor also includes 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The main level further comprises an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering, a shower room with WC, and a separate WC. A shower room with WC is also located on the lower ground floor, bringing the total number of bathrooms to 2.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each featuring a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
