This level also includes a shower room with WC, and direct access to a terrace with north and west facing positions offering beautiful views of the mountains. On the lower ground floor, the chalet offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom contains 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A bath with WC serves this floor. The lower ground floor also opens onto a balcony with a north facing position, a terrace with north and west facing positions, and a garden with a south facing position.
