The living/dining room features a satellite TV with a flat screen and air conditioning. From here, you can access the terrace and the swimming pool. One bedroom is located on the main floor, equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, a satellite TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room and a separate toilet complete the main floor.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
