To utilise all sleeping spots, a booking for 11 guests is required, and the minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy of your reservation. Baby equipment is available upon request, making the property a considerate choice for families travelling with young children. Please be aware that the owner does not accept youth groups under any circumstances. The neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and quietness along with good behaviour is expected from all guests at all times. Late arrivals are subject to an additional charge payable in cash, with fees varying according to the time of arrival: arrivals between 20:30 and 22:00, between 22:00 and 00:00, and between 00:00 and 01:30 each carry a corresponding surcharge.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
