The second bedroom is a large room furnished with 1 sofabed and 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also featuring a private shower and WC, with direct access to both the terrace and the swimming pool. A well-equipped kitchen of 12 m2 completes the ground floor, alongside an additional shower room with a separate WC. On the upper floor, the third bedroom offers 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a peaceful and private retreat. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
