On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower, two additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower plus one ottoman bed. Casa Camelia accommodates 4 guests with the option for 2 additional guests. The property welcomes pets at an additional charge per week. Additional sleeping arrangements can be provided with toddler beds and extra beds available upon request. Check-in is scheduled between 3 pm and 7 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of 500.00 which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. The rental price includes consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, and linen for rooms and bathrooms with weekly linen changes provided. The swimming pool is open and available for use from 01/05 through 31/10. Wi-fi internet access is available on the ground floor of Casa Magnolia. The washing machine for guest use is located at Casa Magnolia. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of the municipality. The isolated position of the farmhouse ensures maximum privacy and tranquility throughout your stay.
