The living/dining room is furnished with comfortable and stylish furnishings, including a digital TV, and has an exit leading to the patio and swimming pool. One bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long. Another bedroom has two beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. The kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a bathroom with a WC and shower, as well as an additional WC. On the upper floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, you will find another bedroom with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. The property also boasts a large terrace.
