On the lower ground floor, the 3 bedrooms are each furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This floor also provides direct access to the terrace and is served by 2 shower rooms, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. The property benefits from a generous 50 m² terrace equipped with terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs, all set against a beautiful view of the sea.
