This floor includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a private shower and WC, with a direct exit to the terrace. A separate WC is also available on this level.
The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms. The first is a generously sized room featuring a dressing room and 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a full bathroom with both a bath and shower, WC, and a double hand-basin, with access to the terrace. The second upper-floor bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower and WC, and its own exit to the terrace. A large terrace of 35 m2 and a generous patio of 100 m2 complete the outdoor spaces, offering marvellous views of the sea, the mountains, the valley, the swimming pool, and the garden.
