The use of a car is recommended to make the most of the surrounding area and to access nearby amenities and attractions with ease. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. The neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and guests are therefore expected to maintain quietness and demonstrate good behaviour throughout their stay.

A separate WC is also located on this level for added convenience.

On the first upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms. The first room measures 12 m2 and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second room measures 9 m2 and contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Both rooms are equipped with electric heating and a fan. A shower room with WC is also located on this floor.

On the second upper floor, you will find the third bedroom, a spacious room of 24 m2 furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also equipped with electric heating and a fan. This room offers direct access to a private terrace of 12 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and a barbecue, and enjoying views of the swimming pool, the garden, and the resort.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
