On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a large living and dining room, from which you can access the terrace directly. Also on this level, 1 bedroom features a dressing room and a double French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and its own exit to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining nook, offering a convivial space for casual meals. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for younger guests or individuals.
