On the ground floor, a large living and dining room of 70 m2 welcomes you with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat screen television. This farmhouse-style lounge opens directly onto the garden, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, complete with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the coffee machine, compatible with Nespresso and Tassimo systems, are available as an extra. A shower room with a separate WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms.
