From this level, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is equipped with a french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC. A well-equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, fitted with a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms, each furnished with a french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a shared bathroom with a bath and WC. The property does not feature a lift. A large private terrace of 90 m2 with a porch extends the living space outdoors, offering a pleasant view of the canal and providing an ideal setting for outdoor relaxation and dining.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
