A shower and WC with sauna facilities is also located on this level.

The upper floor offers 2 additional bedrooms. The first is a room with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second is a double bedroom featuring 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The apartment enjoys a south-west facing position with panoramic views of the mountains and the forest, accessible via a terrace exit from the living area.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
