This elegant 4-room villa extends across 180 m2 spread over 2 levels, accommodating a maximum capacity of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a generously proportioned living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the terrace. A second bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length. A well-appointed kitchen on this level is fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor, and floor heating is installed throughout this level. On the upper floor, the third bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom with bath and WC, as well as a private exit to the terrace. Floor heating is also present on this upper level. The property features a large roofed terrace as well as an additional large open terrace, both offering beautiful views of the sea.
