The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. These house rules are in place to preserve the residential character of the area and to ensure a respectful and harmonious environment for both guests and neighbours alike.

Villa Toulon is a 6-room villa spanning 145 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 9 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 40 m2 forms the heart of the home, featuring a Scandinavian wood stove used solely for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a flat screen television. This welcoming living area opens directly onto the garden, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor space. Adjacent to it, an open kitchen of 10 m2 is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays, and a separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement.

All 5 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The first bedroom measures 15 m2 and contains 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom, also 15 m2, is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm and benefits from direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom measures 10 m2, accommodates 2 persons with 2 single beds each 80 cm wide and 190 cm in length, and also opens onto the balcony. The fourth bedroom, measuring 10 m2, features 1 double bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and likewise enjoys balcony access. The fifth and smallest bedroom measures 7 m2 and is fitted with 1 single bed of 80 cm by 200 cm. The upper floor is served by 2 bathrooms: one combining a bath and shower, and the other combining a shower and WC.
