The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
