The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully throughout its floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, cable television, and air conditioning, as well as direct access to an 80-square-meter partly roofed terrace. An open kitchen is also located on this level, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to the 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with cable television. The third bedroom, which does not include a wardrobe, is furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with cable television. All bedrooms on this floor share access to a second shower room with WC. A 7-square-meter balcony is accessible from the upper floor, offering a peaceful outdoor extension to the sleeping area.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
