A separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement. From the living area, direct access leads out to the terrace and the swimming pool, benefiting from a south-facing position that ensures excellent natural light throughout the day.
The upper floor accommodates all 3 bedrooms, each with access to the terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a fan.
