Also on the ground floor, the first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower room with a double hand-basin, as well as direct access to the garden and terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available: one featuring 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length with access to a private balcony, and one featuring 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shared bathroom and a separate WC serve the upper floor. The outdoor spaces are generous and thoughtfully arranged, comprising a south-facing terrace of 9 m2, a second south-facing terrace of 11 m2, and a garden of 350 m2.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
