On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, a self-contained studio offers a french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a flat screen television, air conditioning, a small kitchen with an oven and 1 induction hot plate, an electric coffee machine, and a private exit to the terrace. This level also includes a bathroom with both bath and shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, one featuring a french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length with a flat screen television, and the other offering a french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a flat screen television. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
