A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, alongside a separate WC. On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to suit a variety of guest configurations: 2 rooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the third room features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor also includes a shower room with WC, completing the private bathroom facilities of the property.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
