The open kitchen is fully equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (additional capsules can be purchased). There is also a shower and a separate toilet on this level. Both floors are equipped with electric heating and air conditioning.
