The living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, offering a bright and spacious atmosphere enhanced by stylish furnishings, and provides direct access to the large 20 m2 terrace where breathtaking views of the mountains, the valley, the swimming pool, and the garden can be enjoyed. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length, features a private shower and WC, and also opens directly onto the terrace. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, while the third bedroom mirrors this configuration with an identical arrangement of 2 single beds of the same dimensions. The apartment also includes a second bathroom fitted with a bath and WC. The open kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. Throughout the entire apartment, the furnishings are described as very beautiful and stylish, creating an elegant and welcoming environment.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
