Upstairs, you'll find a room with a single bed (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a pull-out bed that can accommodate two people (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), as well as access to a balcony. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
