A separate WC is also available on this level. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm each, served by a private shower and WC. This floor provides access to 2 of the bedrooms and benefits from sea views.

On the upper floor, 1 bedroom is appointed with a French bed measuring 200 cm and is served by a private bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC, along with a TV and DVD player, and offers direct access to a terrace of approximately 20 m2. A second bedroom on this level features a French bed measuring 160 cm and is served by a private bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC, also with access to the terrace. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
