A second open kitchen and shower room complete the upper level. The outdoor space includes a 12 m2 terrace with partial sea views.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
