Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by its own flat-screen television. The ground floor further includes a separate WC and a bathroom with both a bath and a shower, as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, and a kettle. The upper floor hosts 3 additional bedrooms: 1 room of 14 m2 furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 2 rooms each measuring 17 m2, both furnished with French beds measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is completed by a shower room and a separate WC.
