The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine, also providing exit to the terrace. A separate WC completes the main level. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with panoramic windows and private ensuites. The first room features one french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a shower and WC, satellite TV with flat screen, and air conditioning, with exit to the balcony. The second room offers one french bed of 180 cm by 200 cm with a panoramic window, shower and WC, satellite TV with flat screen, and air conditioning. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
