The open kitchen comes complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, and there is a shower/WC on this level. The upper floor contains 2 rooms, with each room featuring 1 French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with shower/WC and air conditioning. The 2nd upper floor offers 1 room with a ceiling height ranging from 70 to 220 cm, furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length, accompanied by bath/WC and air conditioning. You will have access to a 15 m2 terrace and an additional 25 m2 terrace with views of the swimming pool.

Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
