The ground floor features a generous living and dining room of 72 m2, furnished with a flat screen TV, and a large open kitchen fully equipped for everyday use. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is appointed with a double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and benefits from a private shower room as well as direct access to the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor hosts 4 additional bedrooms, bringing the total to 5 bedrooms throughout the villa. Among these, 3 rooms each feature a double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a private shower, and direct access to the terrace. The fourth upper-floor bedroom is fitted with 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, providing 4 sleeping berths ideal for younger guests. Across the entire property, guests have access to 4 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower.
