The first house features a living and dining room, an open kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, while the second and third houses each contain 1 bedroom.

The living and dining room is equipped with a double sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing additional sleeping flexibility for guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped and designed for convenient everyday use. The first bedroom measures 35 m2 and features a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, accompanied by a private shower and WC. The second bedroom measures 40 m2 and is similarly appointed with a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and a private shower and WC. The third bedroom measures 15 m2 and includes a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, served by a bathroom with a bathtub and WC. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
