The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third is a small room with 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower and WC. The property also benefits from a large private patio of 24 m2, accessible directly from the living area.
