The ground floor welcomes you with a generous living and dining area featuring an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space, creating a warm and sociable atmosphere ideal for gatherings.

The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom also features a French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm by 200 cm, and benefits from a private bathroom with bath and WC, as well as direct access to the swimming pool. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room with WC and a separate WC serve the remaining guests, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout the property.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
