"La Lunella" is a beautifully renovated 4-room vacation rental of 100 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The welcoming living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space, complete with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed and benefits from air conditioning. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also equipped with air conditioning. The third bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, has its own private shower and WC, and provides direct access to the garden and terrace. Please note that this double bedroom is located outside the main apartment. A shared bathroom with bath and WC, as well as an additional shower and WC, serve the remaining bedrooms. The property also boasts 2 terraces, one of 20 m2 and one of 40 m2 that is partly roofed, both furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a beautiful view of the sea.
