The entrance hall welcomes you upon arrival and leads into a spacious living room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table, making it an ideal space for shared meals. A separate WC is also available on this level.

The ground floor hosts 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm each, and includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, WC, and double hand-basin, as well as a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a private bathroom with a bathtub, WC, and double hand-basin, and also benefits from direct terrace access.

On the upper floor, the third bedroom offers a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and is served by a private bathroom complete with a bathtub, shower, bidet, and double hand-basin. This room also includes a satellite TV and its own access to a terrace.
