This level offers direct access to the swimming pool. The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating. The second bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses with a length of 190 cm, and is also fitted with air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, available at an extra charge. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features its own living and dining area with a dining table, a kitchen corner, satellite TV, and a fan.
