The fully equipped kitchen contains an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, and also provides exit to the terrace. The bathroom facilities consist of a shower and a separate WC. You will have access to multiple outdoor spaces including a 20 square meter terrace with east facing position and west facing position, as well as a 10 square meter terrace with north facing position and west facing position, all equipped with terrace furniture.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
