The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This floor also includes a shower/WC and a separate WC. The upper floor consists of 2 rooms, with each room featuring 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, and satellite TV (flat screen), with exits to the terrace and swimming pool. An open gallery on the upper floor contains 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm).
