On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms each offer 1 French bed measuring 200 cm x 200 cm, a private shower and WC, and access to the balcony. A fourth bedroom on the upper floor also features 1 French bed measuring 200 cm x 200 cm and opens onto the balcony, with a separate shower and WC serving this room. Outdoor living is generously catered for with a 22 m² balcony, a 6 m² balcony, a 30 m² terrace, and a roofed terrace of 18 m², all furnished with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and deck chairs.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
