"Casa Blue" is a charming 7-room villa spanning 130 m2 across 2 levels, designed to provide you with a comfortable vacation experience. The main level features a living/dining room with a dining table and flat screen television, with direct exit to the terrace. You will find one room with a french bed measuring 180 cm wide by 200 cm in length, and another room with a french bed measuring 160 cm wide by 200 cm in length. The open kitchen on this level is equipped with an oven, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. This floor also includes a shower, a shower/WC, and a separate WC, with electric heating available. The lower ground floor, accessed via an exterior staircase, offers another living/dining room with a dining table and flat screen television, also with exit to the terrace. This level contains 2 rooms, each furnished with a french bed measuring 140 cm wide by 200 cm in length, and each with its own shower/WC and exit to the terrace. The open kitchen on the lower ground floor features a mini-oven, oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine, though please note there is no heating option on this level. The upper floor presents a gallery with sloping ceilings containing one bed measuring 90 cm wide by 200 cm in length and one french bed measuring 160 cm wide by 200 cm in length, along with a separate WC. The villa features 2 terraces that are partly covered, and there is no internal connecting door between the floors.
