The heart of the villa is a generous living and dining room of 50 m2, featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a flat screen television. This inviting space opens directly onto one of the 2 large terraces, offering a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into this social area and is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an additional cost. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a flat screen television. The third bedroom offers 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and a flat screen television. A studio, which is situated outside the main apartment, completes the sleeping accommodation with 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, its own shower and WC, a flat screen television, and direct access to a terrace. The shared bathroom facilities include a shower with WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.
